By using the Enchain SMP website, customer dashboard, checkouts, downloads, license validation service or plugin, you agree to these Terms of Service. By creating an account, purchasing a license, downloading plugin, or using our license validation service you accept these Terms of Service.
Product
Enchain SMP is a product that provides a Minecraft server plugin, which can be used to enable additional enchantment features, plus a customer account dashboard to manage licenses and download the plugin.
Accounts
It is your responsibility to keep account details secure and you accept responsibility for any activity undertaken on your account. You agree to provide true and accurate information for your account and checkout details and keep your email address available to us for verification, password recovery, account support and purchase notifications.
License Use
For every purchase you make you are entitled to one license for one configured Minecraft server endpoint at the time of purchase. Your account dashboard can be used to configure or update the public IP address and Minecraft port of the Minecraft server for the specific license. To configure additional servers you will need additional licenses purchased separately from Enchain SMP, unless otherwise stated by Enchain SMP in writing.
You agree not to distribute, resell, publish, disclose, sublicense, circumvent, or tamper with license keys, downloads, signatures, validation endpoints or account systems, or otherwise attempt to exploit the license keys, download files, signature validation, or account management systems or bypass the intended use of this product. You agree not to decompile, or otherwise reverse engineer the plugin or license validation system, or any part thereof, except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by applicable law and therefore unenforceable.
Payments and Delivery
Payment for Enchain SMP products can be made through payment processors like PayPal. Upon verification of a payment, your license will be tied to your account and the secure download portal will be unlocked on your customer dashboard. Prices, payment currencies or product offerings may change over time.
Refunds and Chargebacks
Due to the nature of our products being delivered as digital services with access provided immediately upon purchase verification, all sales are final unless otherwise stated by Enchain SMP, or required by law. In the case of purchase disputes, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback or refund request. This allows us to potentially review the disputed purchase or account details.
Updates and Availability
We reserve the right to update the website, plugin, downloads, license validation service, prices, features, or security requirements at any time. We strive to provide continuous service uptime, however, we do not make any warranty of the services or products being available or operating without interruption.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Enchain SMP website, checkout system, account dashboard, plugin, downloads or license validation system in any way that might involve fraud, abuse, attacks, automated scraping, credential stuffing, unauthorized third party server access, or other illegitimate activity against Enchain SMP or any third party servers or systems.
Intellectual Property
Enchain SMP, the plugin, account management system, web domain, trademarks, text, images, and other materials and intellectual property contained within are all the sole property of Enchain SMP or their licensors. By purchasing Enchain SMP, you are licensed to use the plugin software, website, and systems according to the terms of this agreement, and this purchase does not provide you with any rights to the intellectual property of Enchain SMP or their licensors.
Minecraft Disclaimer
Enchain SMP is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or approved by Mojang, Microsoft, or the Minecraft trademark holders. “Minecraft” is a trademark of Mojang.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts, licenses, downloads, or access to the license validation system at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service, or if a chargeback, fraudulent or unauthorized payment is detected, or if we determine that it is necessary to stop you committing prohibited activities or for the protection of Enchain SMP or our users.
Disclaimers
The Enchain SMP service and plugin are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enchain SMP expressly disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enchain SMP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or profits, loss of data or servers, or other costs or losses arising from your use of the Enchain SMP service, including but not limited to the website, plugin, downloadable products, and license validation system.
Changes
Enchain SMP reserves the right to change these Terms of Service at any time, if required by changes to the Enchain SMP product, website, payment processors, license validation system, or by changes in applicable laws. By continuing to use Enchain SMP after such changes have been made, you agree to the updated Terms of Service.
